Desired Qualifications

Demonstrated proficiency in various African hair braiding techniques with experience.

Proficiency in a wide range of braiding styles including box braids, cornrows, twists, and goddess braids.

Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality braids within reasonable timeframes.

Strong knowledge of different hair textures and the ability to adapt techniques to suit diverse clientele.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on providing a welcoming and positive experience for clients.

Commitment to precision and artistry in every braid, ensuring flawless results.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced salon environment.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to meet client demand.

Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as French or Krio is a plus.
